Grant brings a diverse career’s worth of experience to the Witchcliffe Ecovillage development team. A registered Architect and experienced development and project manager, he has a broad range of experience including green field subdivision, multi-storey commercial and hospitality developments, as well as multi and single residential developments. Grant has worked internationally on large scale residential subdivision projects and has been involved in leading small lot initiatives in the Perth region.
With a particular interest in small houses, Grant maintains a boutique residential design practice and has also run a small construction company with first-hand experience building high performance sustainable residences.
Grant will provide valuable insight in support of the development, architecture, planning and landscape team and will be directly involved in residential and commercial design compliance. He will also assist in the delivery of the diverse range of building types in the Village Centre precinct.
Having moved between Perth and Margaret River for more than 15 years, Grant looks forward to settling into his new role and enjoying his favourite pastimes of cycling the Wadandi (and other off-road adventures), playing music with his bandmates, and working with his wife Penny in their ever-expanding native garden.
