After what felt like an extended winter, Spring has finally arrived – and with it, the perfect excuse to step outside and soak up the sunshine. The days are getting longer, the air is warmer, and nature is waking up in full bloom. It’s time to dust off your gardening gloves, don your favourite hat and pop on the sunscreen!
If you haven’t already hit one of the many trails around the area, the Wadandi trail is on our doorstep and the Cape to Cape trail is just a stones throw away, with the wildflowers bursting into colour at this time of the year why not lace up your walking boots, grab your camera and head out for the wildflower hunt!
WITH THE KIDS
Be sure to also check out what Nature Conservation Margaret River Region is up to – there are often some incredible wildflower walks or bush regeneration activities on offer. Nothing like getting the kids out with the gumboots on and all the good smells of our local bush!
Visit the Cows in Cowaramup, visit a lighthouse or have a fun day out in one of the local mazes here in the region.
LIVE MUSIC
The Good Day Sunshine Festival is back again this year on November 29 at Glucester Park in Margaret River featuring acts like The Teskey Brothers, Boy & Bear, and Meg Mac.
Pair’d Margaret River Festival is on 20th – 23rd November, so save the date for a celebration of world class wine, food and music. Look out for the full event program coming soon.

Whalewatching season continues until early December. Humpback and Southern Rights are migrating through the area and Dunsborough is the perfect place to see them this time of the year.
