Autumn Sales in the Ecovillage

In the wake of our successful round of State and National awards and as we head towards Sustainable House Day, now is a great time to come down, make the most of the beautiful Autumn sunshine, and see everything we have to offer in the Witchcliffe Ecovillage.

Sales activity has picked up dramatically in the last two weeks, with thousands of hits to the website every week, lots of new enquiries and a flurry of lot sales, with people newly inspired to bring their dreams of sustainable living to life in our friendly, eco-conscious community.

From the exciting days of our first land release back in 2020, we are now selling the last stages of the Ecovillage residential clusters, so don’t miss your chance! Visit our sales pages here to see what’s available.

We have just 7 family lots left in Clusters 4A and 4B, several with spectacular dam and bush views to the east, and only 5 of our unique large flexibly-zoned short-stay lots overlooking waterbird habitat wetlands and public open space remaining in Cluster 4D.

Stage 5 sales are moving along nicely, with the first home already underway, even though titles were only issued in December last year. Again, several of these stage 5 family and cottage lots have beautiful views over the stunning 100 ML eastern dam and neighbouring bush.

As an extra bonus, all Stage 4 and 5 lots come with a household battery provided by the developer (T’s & C’s apply.)

And in big news, the last “Groupie” lot in the Ecovillage has now sold, so all of our discounted affordable lots have now been taken up by lucky purchasers. Overall, we have provided 55 heavily discounted lots (out of a total of 340 lots) to eligible purchasers throughout our residential clusters, and we are so proud of that achievement! We are thrilled to see the beautiful sustainable homes and gardens that our Groupie lot owners have built with great love and care, and the amazing contribution that they make to the fabric of our community.

Over at Village Homes Realty, our real estate agency where we help existing Ecovillage community members to on-sell lots and established homes (due to life changes) in stages 1 to 3, we have been busy with the successful sale of 2 beautiful homes and 7 Ecovillage lots since we set up late last year, with another 2 lots just going under contract at the moment. A re-sale lot is a great way to enter into an early stage established cluster, with the shared common gardens already set up and the strata community humming along. In Stages 1 & 2, we now only have 2 cottage lots available, and Cluster 3A now provides the only remaining family lots available in an established cluster, all generously sized, with guaranteed solar access to homes, and open outlooks to community gardens.

In a bit of a Village Homes Realty sneak preview, we have 2 very different and very attractive Ecovillage homes coming to the market in the next two weeks—both with great street appeal, exemplary thermal efficiency, and all of the sustainable infrastructure needed for a lucky couple of buyers to fast track their entry into Ecovillage life: move in, add some personal touches and watch the gardens grow!
