Compact Green Titled Residential blocks soon to be released

Mike has been busy finalising the civils design with our engineers, Peritas, since receiving WAPC approval for our Compact Residential lots in stage 3E in October. The works are now out for tender with an anticipated start in mid to late February, 2026. The release consists of 32 green titled lots. 29 of which are similar in size and orientation to the Groupie Lots in our residential clusters, plus 3 x 1,000m2 lots that all face north to our 1 hectare agricultural lots.

With prices starting at around $200,000, we expect this release to be very popular, so If these are of interest please email us to ensure you’re included in our early 3E release as we want to ensure our database get the first pick of these lots.
