Sustainable Settlements has decided to cover the cost of supply and install of the dividing fences between lots and roll it into the established lot price. This does not include end lots that have a side without a neighbouring lot. These end lots will have one dividing fence constructed on their behalf.

The dividing fences will be constructed from pine poles and Griplock fencing at a height of 1.7m with a 150x100cm aperture, which is robust enough on which to grow vines like passionfruit and other trailing plants for screening. If you would prefer to erect different fencing, you are welcome to do so at your own cost with the consent of your neighbours. You may also add ‘infill’ panels to create privacy in certain locations, or additional wire mesh to keep in small pets.
